About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage debtor accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts
  • Maintain outstanding debts at acceptable levels
  • Communicate proactively and reactively with customers, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to facilitate cash collections
  • Develop customer relationships
  • Manage disputes with regular follow-up or escalation as appropriate
  • Produce accurate and timely reports to monitor accounts
  • Review and report results against agreed KPIs with the Manager
  • Discuss and clearly record targets against actual performance
  • Reduce aged debt
  • Report to the National Credit Supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 years experience within credit control or accounts receivable
  • Experience using Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
