About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain the employee Masterfile by updating information for new hires, terminations, transfers and changes in employee pay details
  • Coordinate and process monthly and weekly payrolls
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures
  • Provide support to the payroll team and ensure data accuracy
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations
  • Process termination payments accurately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Payroll systems experience (SAP Success Factors, ECP preferred; knowledge of Kronos)
  • 5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
  • Familiarity with payroll-related legislation and requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to strict timeframes and deadlines
  • High-level problem-solving and analytical abilities to resolve payroll and system issues
