  • Answer support tickets
  • Manage user access and licenses
  • Fix data synchronization failures with Salesforce
  • Configure Salesforce fields, layouts, and flows
  • Grow into Apex and Lightning Web Components development
  • Learn and support applications used around Salesforce
  • Work with AI agents to analyze, design, build, debug, and troubleshoot
  • Own AI-generated work within company AI usage policies
  • Participate in review of changes before production

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Built something on Salesforce in an internship, co-op, academic project, or personal project
  • Written code in a language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
  • Ability to learn a new application independently
  • Open to hands-on training on applications used around Salesforce
  • Ability to explain a fix in plain words to someone outside IT
  • Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Applicants for North American based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
  • Employment eligibility verification required as a condition of hire
