About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with complex and/or high-value clients
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, providing technical expertise and guidance
- Help clients achieve business goals through effective use of Veradigm's products and services
- Ensure technical solutions perform optimally through system architecture support, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to align sales and customer success strategies
- Oversee technical projects and incident resolution
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Contribute to strategic account planning
- Provide regular performance reviews and reporting
- Build long-lasting client relationships by understanding business needs and technical requirements
- Provide insights and recommendations on leveraging technical products and services
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of company products and services, including new features and enhancements
- Coordinate and manage complex technical projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
- Conduct client training sessions and workshops
- Identify technical features, defects, customer experience trends, and common themes
- Influence product priorities and operational investment
- Provide expert-level input on initiatives with CSMs and Veradigm stakeholders
- Cultivate customer advocates for references, referrals, case studies, and testimonials
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years relevant work experience; 2–3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years experience with healthcare and/or financial products in a sales, services, consulting or client management environment
- 1–2 years previous project and/or customer management experience
- In-depth understanding of Veradigm's products and services, including architecture, deployment, and integration
- Customer success and account management principles
- Ability to build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships and apply business principles to strategic client engagements
- Relationship-building and client engagement skills at strategic and operational levels
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership
- Knowledge of system infrastructure, cloud environments, networking, and security
- Knowledge of clients' business operations and Veradigm products
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Ability to manage technical projects and incidents
- Incident management and root cause analysis knowledge
- Knowledge of healthcare industry-specific regulations and standards
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex systems
- Effective communication and presentation skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with Customer Success, Hosting, Product, and Engineering teams
- Ability to conduct data analysis and reporting and synthesize performance metrics and trends
- Ability to conduct training and enablement, including workshops and product education sessions
- Time and priority management skills
- Ability to advocate for customer needs and influence product and operational decisions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
