About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage general management, sales, and P&L for the LCM/LPA/TTO/TIJ product lines within a matrix organization
  • Establish strategic vision for product lines to drive global growth and profitability
  • Develop one- and three-year product line strategy plans, business cases, high-level use cases/requirements, and revenue plans
  • Analyze competitors, products, strategies, positioning, and plans
  • Own sales growth and P&L for equipment, supplies, and parts in collaboration with regional leaders
  • Develop sales materials and tools, including fight sheets, value-selling documents, ROI/TCO tools, and solution guides
  • Develop global launch plans and internal support materials
  • Review and approve marketing materials with Marketing
  • Define target customer segments and demand-generation campaigns
  • Conduct field engagement to understand customer, competitor, and market dynamics
  • Lead bug, update, upgrade, and enhancement activities through completion
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales on product development, QA, and releases
  • Balance resources to ensure organizational success
  • Report to the Sr. Director of Business Unit Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related role
  • Track record of successfully delivering new product launches
  • Senior product experience at a director’s level working with a technical product preferred
  • Strong understanding of the marking and coding market, industry trends, and user experiences
  • Strong expertise in market research tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in creating product vision
  • Experience leading cross-team collaboration across engineering and commercial organizations
