About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Communicate with teams and customers via email, phone, and online meetings
  • Serve as the person responsible for customer satisfaction in ChemTreat’s administrative functions
  • Travel occasionally to supported territories for local team or customer-facing activities
  • Coordinate with the local ChemTreat team on sales and administrative tasks
  • Participate in team training, customer training, service functions, and sales campaigns
  • Develop relationships with customer-site administrative personnel
  • Coordinate customer-site activities under the direction of the responsible local representative
  • Act as ChemTreat customer liaison and problem solver
  • Coordinate with corporate teams on software and system changes, including CT Vista, Power BI, and Concur
  • Communicate system changes and provide training and resources to service and sales teams
  • Support field sales and service teams and improve employee and customer satisfaction
  • Collect and maintain financial, pricing, contract, and cost information
  • Coordinate team meetings, customer entertainment, and travel arrangements
  • Generate internal and external reports using CT Vista, Microsoft Office, Power BI, tank monitoring software, and other tools
  • Place and track orders, review customer guides, update customer pricing, and verify invoicing accuracy
  • Manage administrative account-management functions as directed by responsible representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Some college education required; business school or college courses preferred
  • Minimum two years-based responsibilities as above
  • At least five years of general business experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in typing required
  • Ability to construct customer reviews, sales presentations, and customer training in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to coordinate with Graphics and Documents to prepare proposals and media
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to balance multiple field team members and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of styles and techniques
  • Availability for travel 2–3 times a year
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds
