About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical service and support for industrial printing and coding equipment
- Perform equipment installations, corrective and preventive maintenance, decommissioning, upgrades, and modifications
- Diagnose system and equipment failures and identify efficient solutions for customers
- Record activities in the Delogic system, including labor, parts used, and technical reports
- Conduct operational training for customers
- Manage personal parts inventory and safeguard provided tools and equipment
- Meet service deadlines, technical procedures, internal policies, and quality standards
- Maintain communication with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Administration, and Technical Support
- Work in partnership with the regional technical team
- Report functionally to the Regional Technical Service Supervisor
- Prepare technical and expense reports and use current technical documentation
- Serve customers in the Triângulo Mineiro region, with availability to travel within the assigned territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical education in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Valid Category B driver's license
- Availability to travel
- Reside in the Triângulo Mineiro region
- Interest in field-based work with direct customer contact
- Strong organizational skills for managing activities, parts, tools, and reports
- Ability to learn new processes, equipment, and technical routines
- Previous experience maintaining industrial equipment (preferred)
- Basic English for reading technical manuals (preferred)
- Previous experience providing field technical service (preferred)
- Knowledge of industrial printing, coding equipment, or similar technologies (preferred)
- Familiarity with industrial environments and service for corporate customers (preferred)
