About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, services, and solutions across Fashion, Home + Interiors
  • Own integrated marketing plans supporting Pantone’s core portfolio and driving awareness, adoption, and growth of new offerings
  • Develop customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Bring Pantone Color Institute trend insights, publications, educational content, and consulting services to market
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, cultural shifts, competitive activity, and industry workflows into marketing strategies and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, e-commerce, Product, and regional teams on integrated campaigns, customer communications, sales enablement, and market-specific programs
  • Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with priority customer segments, industry communities, and partners
  • Work with the Global Director of Marketing on strategic partnerships and major brand initiatives
  • Represent Pantone at industry events, customer meetings, trade shows, and activations
  • Establish and monitor marketing and portfolio KPIs and use insights to improve effectiveness and business impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, fashion merchandising, design, interior design, textile design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5–8 years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience within fashion, textiles, or related design fields
  • Experience developing integrated marketing strategies, go-to-market programs, and demand-generation campaigns
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Creative, e-commerce, regional teams, or external partners
  • Experience using digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, email, analytics, social, or performance-measurement platforms
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of the fashion, home furnishings, interiors, textile, materials, design, or product-development ecosystem
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative review and feedback skills
  • Project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Curiosity about emerging trends, technologies, digital workflows, AI-enabled design and product-development tools, and evolving customer needs
  • Existing industry relationships, Pantone product familiarity, SaaS/digital workflow/PLM/design technology/consulting/data marketing experience, and color-management or trend-forecasting knowledge are bonuses, not required
