About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the global Revenue Operations function and manage a high-performing, geographically distributed team across the US and EMEA
  • Design and continuously optimize end-to-end revenue processes from lead generation through contract renewal
  • Build a scalable revenue intelligence framework with forecasting models, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership on go-to-market strategy, territory design, and quota planning
  • Own the revenue technology stack, including CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Develop annual operating plans and revenue models with Finance
  • Establish shared metrics, governance rhythms, and accountability frameworks
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR on compensation plans, quota-setting, and incentive structures
  • Implement onboarding and enablement programs to reduce sales ramp time and improve productivity
  • Present revenue performance insights, trend analyses, and strategic recommendations to the Chief Revenue Officer and executive team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market Strategy within a global software or SaaS organization
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing, geographically distributed Revenue Operations teams across multiple regions
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable revenue processes that improve pipeline velocity, forecast accuracy, and commercial efficiency
  • Experience with CRM platforms and revenue intelligence tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights and actionable recommendations
  • Ability to negotiate and influence senior leaders across commercial, finance, and product functions
  • Experience in packaging, print technology, or enterprise software industries preferred
  • Background in change management or large-scale organizational transformation preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, or similar revenue operations technologies preferred
  • Experience in a Continuous Improvement or Lean business environment preferred
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Multilingual capability or experience leading teams across EMEA markets preferred
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background check, and possible credit history review
  • Candidates must be based in the United States or EMEA
