About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support implementation of optimization tactics across Google, Facebook, Bing, Metasearch, and other paid media channels
- Track client tickets and implement updates under Analyst or Strategist direction
- Support coordination of media accounts through note taking and dashboard reviews
- Support accurate and timely account invoicing and billing
- Build understanding of Google, Bing, Metasearch, and Facebook toolsets
- Assist strategists with reports and insights
- Monitor campaign budgets and results, escalating issues as required
- Attend client status calls as required
- Optimize campaigns based on goals and review analytics
- Support traditional and third-party vendor research and campaigns
- Proof dashboards for accuracy before status meetings
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and technology developments
- Draft search and social copy as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of marketing experience (can include Co-Op placements)
- Post-secondary education in advertising, marketing, journalism, business, or relevant experience
- Avid interest in measuring success by numbers and ability to share insights with clients in an easy-to-understand way
- Demonstrated ability to present and speak to clients professionally and confidently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication with experience presenting to clients
- Highly organized with ability to function in a fast-paced business environment
- Ability to be in office 3 days per week as per the hybrid policy
