About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive net-new business within the company's highest-value accounts
  • Sell business transformations, financial optimization, and employee experience strategies rather than software features
  • Partner with C-level executives, including Chief Real Estate Officers, CFOs, and CIOs
  • Conduct deep-discovery engagements covering portfolio constraints, hybrid workforce patterns, and capital expenditure goals
  • Build coalitions across Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, HR, Procurement, and Enterprise departments
  • Deliver financial impact assessments and business cases
  • Translate spatial metrics such as active versus passive occupancy into board-ready, data-backed decisions
  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from strategic mapping through technical validation and contract negotiations
  • Position strategic ecosystem integrations to accelerate client time-to-value
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, quarterly and annual revenue targets, and land-and-expand strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Experience managing 6-figure and 7-figure transaction values ($100k–$1M+ ARR)
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative, value-driven enterprise methodologies
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior cross-functional executives and presenting to executive steering committees
  • Comfortable interpreting technical platform data, AI scenario models, or network architecture capabilities and translating them into high-level business logic
  • Verifiable history of continuous quota overachievement (Top 10% of the team)
  • Preferred: Background selling into Corporate Real Estate (CRE), PropTech, IWMS, Smart Building architecture, or high-value Enterprise Infrastructure SaaS
  • Preferred: Consulting experience with a proven ability to uncover prospects' true needs and adapt solutions accordingly
  • Preferred: Experience with intent data platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Demandbase, ZoomInfo)
  • Preferred: Experience with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
