About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Product Management to translate product strategy and vision into iterative, actionable plans
- Manage day-to-day workstream direction and resolve dependencies across product, marketing, software, and data teams
- Monitor program health, identify process gaps and operational roadblocks, and implement rapid solutions
- Schedule and facilitate targeted cross-functional sessions
- Drive operational rhythms such as leadership syncs and launch readiness reviews
- Manage communication strategy, including Confluence hubs, to keep stakeholders aligned
- Define, build, and optimize scalable operational systems and workflows for the product team
- Maintain and communicate timelines, track and monitor risks, and establish governance frameworks
- Support product prioritization, feedback loops, roadmap planning, and cross-program alignment across PRE products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or healthcare-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of program management or product operations experience within a fast-paced healthtech or digital health organization
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including structuring multi-team projects, tracking cross-functional dependencies, and building status dashboards
- Practical, day-to-day experience using AI productivity tools such as Google Gemini, Cursor, Claude, or specialized project management AI extensions
- Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to changing personalities and priorities
- Proven ability to establish relationships with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to summarize key takeaways for executives or deep-dive into tactical details with execution teams
- Experience bringing structure to ambiguous, multi-stakeholder, fast-moving programs
- Experience working efficiently, improvising, and responding quickly to changes and dynamic workflows
- Experience managing programs within highly regulated environments, including working alongside licensed clinical networks, health coaches, or HIPAA-compliant workflows
- PMP or Prosci Change Management certifications are a plus
- Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States
