About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline
  • Work toward defined activity, prospecting, and pipeline-generation goals, using performance data and strategy to improve results
  • Generate interest and build relationships with senior Talent Acquisition and University Recruiting leaders
  • Partner with Account Advisors to prioritize accounts, identify senior stakeholders, and develop tailored prospecting strategies
  • Analyze trends and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Revenue Operations
  • Maintain accurate records, activity tracking, and pipeline support within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with a mentor to build and execute an individualized growth plan
  • Collaborate with cohort peers on initiatives improving outreach, messaging, and pipeline strategy
  • Identify firmwide opportunities and present strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Participate in the 12–18 month Entry Talent Accelerator Program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between May and December 2026
  • Internship, part-time, or other experience in business development, sales development, recruiting, fundraising, hospitality, customer success, or similar client-facing environments is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and comfort operating in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated curiosity, coachability, and learning agility
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
  • OPT/CPT holders are not eligible
