About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate directly with customers and business product managers to gather requirements and translate them into product features
  • Guide the product roadmap to meet enterprise customer needs
  • Translate customer needs into user stories and testable acceptance criteria for engineering teams
  • Partner with developers to build, test, and release features using zero-touch automation
  • Drive system architecture design for the dashboard and lead architectural solutions for new product requirements
  • Turn complex network metrics, including Core/RAN health, signaling, and RF performance, into clear dashboards and reports
  • Bring AIOps capabilities to simplify the user experience and improve operational efficiency
  • Enable proactive anomaly notifications
  • Define alerting thresholds to reduce redundant noise and provide clear troubleshooting steps
  • Bridge technical engineering teams and business operations across Verizon Business Group, 5G Acceleration, and Network divisions
  • Simplify complex 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks so customer teams can manage their networks easily

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience
  • Experience in technical product management
  • Skills in writing user stories and acceptance criteria in engineering environments
  • Experience with 4G/5G networks
  • Understanding of Core and RAN technologies to diagnose connection issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Knowledge of security integration and vulnerability management tools including Prisma, Twistlock, and SonarQube
  • Knowledge of 3GPP standards and protocols, including SIP, Diameter, IPSec, and TCP/UDP, is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of AIOps and development of predictive network models is a plus
  • Experience leading sprint refinement, backlog grooming, and release planning in an Agile software delivery environment is a plus
  • Cross-functional collaboration and leadership experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Figma is a plus
  • Experience constructing real-time dashboards using APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures is a plus
  • Familiarity with distributed database architectures, including MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra, is a plus
