About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network
Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking questions
Present product insights and solution recommendations for complete sales solutions
Close sales using communication skills and intuitive technology solutions
Develop through ongoing training and upskilling in merchandising and inventory operations
Place outbound calls and send text messages to interested current Verizon customers
Engage with the community at off-site Verizon-sponsored events to expand the customer base

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods
Experience working in a commission-based environment is preferred
Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions is preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
May be required to complete a 19-minute assessment
Ability to work onsite at defined location(s)
