About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve 100% of assigned quota plan obligation
- Meet 30/60/90-day funnel-build requirements and ensure monthly forecast accuracy
- Drive deal and deal-registration acceleration
- Provide back-office support, including presale quoting, account analysis, and partner sales onboarding
- Serve as a direct sales liaison for Strat, GE (F1, F2, and MB), and the field team
- Manage execution activities for product launches, SPIFFs, promotions, and iconic/holiday events
- Navigate Verizon’s product portfolio and systems through solution selling
- Lead business development activities, including MDF alignment and investment strategy for qualifying partners
- Provide thought leadership based on research, consumer insights, and industry trends
- Engage in BA partner advocacy, account mapping, and communicating partner value to GE using a comprehensive partner biography
- Facilitate training and resource sharing
- Attend one partner and tradeshow event per quarter
- Manage the NL component and drive partner recognition based on defined metrics and milestones
- Execute sales engagement targets, including 20 emails/calls per month, 5 face-to-face meetings monthly, and 4 customer appointments per week
- Lead quarterly business reviews for the top partner in the module four times per year
- Host new-partner roadshows requiring face-to-face time three times per quarter
- Manage the “Why VPP” and VPP enablement story
- Perform Partner DNA mapping across planning, segment, geography, vertical, and infrastructure
- Primarily work from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training
- Two or more years of wireline business channel experience
- Verizon Wireline product knowledge
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency and technical acumen of Verizon Wireline solutions preferred
- Existing Verizon partner relationships with key partners preferred
