About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and perform specific analytics tasks
Lead and drive end-to-end AI/ML use-case solutions with guidance from a lead or manager
Develop advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and computational algorithms based on business initiatives
Drive data-derived insights across the business domain
Direct data gathering, assess data validity, and synthesize data into large analytics datasets
Analyze structured and unstructured data using data mining, statistical, machine learning, deep learning, data visualization, and digital/web analytics tools and techniques
Build and train statistical models and machine learning algorithms
Perform operationalization tasks such as wrapper scripts, REST services, triggers, and monitoring
Prepare supporting documents and reports
Mentor or guide one to two team members on technical aspects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
Four or more years of experience in advanced analytics/predictive modelling, quantitative modeling, statistics, or data mining
Experience in 3rd party B2B data such as firmographics, contact details, technographics, and buyer intent signals
Experience utilizing GenAI/LLM tools, such as Claude Code, to accelerate software delivery and development velocity
Experience with all phases of end-to-end Analytics projects, including Ingestion, Munging, Model Building, Validation, Operationalization, and Monitoring
Experience building models using supervised and unsupervised machine learning, deep learning, text classification, and related statistical techniques
Knowledge of Python, SQL, PySpark, Scala and/or other languages and tools
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams
Ability to develop end-to-end analytical solutions and communicate insights to leadership
Ability to work independently and willingness to learn new technologies
