About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and perform specific analytics tasks
Lead and drive end-to-end solutions for AI/ML use cases with guidance from a lead or manager
Drive data-derived insights across the business domain
Develop advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and computational algorithms based on business initiatives
Direct data gathering, assess data validity, and synthesize data into large analytics datasets
Analyze structured and unstructured data using data mining, statistical, machine learning, and deep learning tools
Use data visualization, digital/web analytics tools and techniques, and storytelling
Build and train statistical models and machine learning algorithms
Perform operationalization tasks, such as wrapper scripts, REST services, triggers, and monitoring
Prepare supporting documents and reports
Mentor or guide one to two team members on technical aspects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
Four or more years of experience in advanced analytics/predictive modelling, quantitative modeling, statistics, or data mining
Experience in 3rd party B2B data such as firmographics, contact details, technographics, and buyer intent signals
Experience utilizing GenAI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate software delivery and development velocity
Experience with all phases of end-to-end Analytics projects, including Ingestion, Munging, Model Building, Validation, Operationalization, and Monitoring
Experience building models using Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning models, Deep learning, Text classification, and similar statistical techniques
Knowledge of Python, SQL, PySpark, Scala and/or other languages and tools
Master's degree preferred
Experience working in analytical projects in the telecom domain preferred
Experience in data lake preferred
Accuracy and attention to detail
Problem solving, analytical, and research skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience presenting to and influencing functional leaders and partners
Ability to work effectively independently and willingness to learn new technologies
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
