About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and deploy innovative Data Science, Generative AI, and Agentic AI projects
  • Lead the design, development, and validation of AI/ML models
  • Deploy models in real-time and batch processing environments
  • Track production model performance and drift
  • Engage business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with strategic goals

  • Provide technical leadership in predictive modeling, machine learning, and emerging AI technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
  • Four or more years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and end-to-end data science project delivery
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and database management
  • Working knowledge of NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, or Agentic AI frameworks
  • Experience working in cloud computing environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Strong foundational quantitative skills in math, statistics, or related fields
  • Experience with large-scale data management using relational databases, Hadoop, NoSQL such as MongoDB, and Graph databases
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field is an additional qualification
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights for leadership
