About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage multiple programs supporting GTS strategic objectives
- Plan and build Engineering Excellence deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful initiative execution
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with strategic goals and industry trends
- Engage technology, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive product roadmaps, define priorities, and deliver high-quality products at scale
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to align architecture and design with industry best practices
- Research emerging technologies, assess business relevance, and propose innovative solutions
- Evaluate and manage technology vendor and partner relationships
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions with process experts
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience
- Six or more years of experience in AI, LLM architecture, and advanced RAG and LLM system design
- Proven success designing, building, and deploying end-to-end Generative AI solutions, including Agentic and non-Agentic AI
- Deep knowledge of LangGraph, AutoGen, LangSmith, LLMOps, data pipelines, and infrastructure for operationalizing Generative AI
- Strong command of data preprocessing, prompt management, caching, validation, advanced RAG, RLHF, and success metrics
- Expertise converting unstructured data into structured formats and building scalable LLM and NLP prototypes
- Experience delivering enterprise information management solutions to large end-user bases
- In-depth understanding of automation and AI technologies applied to business operations
- Strong self-directed research skills
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with vector databases, embedding models, and text processing techniques preferred
- Familiarity with graph database concepts preferred
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Cloudera preferred
