About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and drive measurable business value across Verizon Business Marketing AI initiatives
  • Work with AI product owners and stakeholders to translate AI investments into financial and operational outcomes
  • Build the value creation function through repeatable frameworks, ROI models, value narratives, and collateral
  • Lead and develop AI agents to automate ROI, TCO, value models, and KPI scorecards
  • Drive revenue growth and marketing efficiency through AI use cases across Verizon Business Group marketing
  • Partner with product owners from ideation and business case development through measurable impact
  • Deliver against financial impact, churn reduction, ARPU/ARPA growth, AI adoption, time-to-value, and AI model or agent performance targets
  • Create business cases and report on revenue lift, cost savings, ROI, and operational efficiency
  • Analyze trends to identify opportunities and bottlenecks and deliver insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
  • Champion adoption of AI tools and insights, process improvements, best practices, and scalable AI use cases
  • Establish governance for responsible AI and value measurement
  • Design, track, and optimize financial benefit realization models for enterprise AI initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training
  • Six or more years of relevant experience in consulting, marketing, analytics, or digital transformation
  • Business case development and tracking
  • Experience developing KPIs to measure program success
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs
  • Presentation experience up to the SVP level
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience translating between business and technical teams
  • Experience with value engineering, value realization tracking, or benefit realization management frameworks in enterprise technology environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Working proficiency with AI platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Workspace Studio
  • Ability to translate AI technical outputs into clear business outcomes and financial return on investment
  • Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Python, and BI tools
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Experience leading AI governance, strategy development, or building an AI COE
  • Experience in B2B telecom
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred as an “even better” qualification
  • Strong communication
