About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own assigned enablement programs end-to-end, from initial scoping through cross-functional handoffs and change management
  • Lead enablement for operational shifts, internal tool rollouts, support workflow changes, and complex customer-experience initiatives
  • Partner with multiple teams to anticipate changes, challenge broken or overly complex processes, define readiness criteria, and ensure business readiness
  • Design and deliver instructional materials including quick-reference job aids, process maps, and comprehensive learning modules
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and behavioral change for customer-impacting teams
  • Track completion rates, comprehension, post-training behavioral shifts, and adoption of new processes
  • Gather feedback from Support agents, Deployment specialists, SAMs, and CSMs to identify process issues and skill gaps
  • Iterate enablement materials to address feedback and improve frontline effectiveness
  • Support the Global Customer Success ecosystem, including Support, Deployment, Vendors, and CSMs
  • Work as a hands-on Principal Individual Contributor reporting to the Associate Director of Customer Success Enablement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, or Customer Operations roles
  • Hands-on experience building instructional materials, including e-learning, job aids, and ILT
  • Experience facilitating live training for adult learners
  • Deep experience enabling broad, customer-impacting teams, such as Customer Support, Implementation/Deployment, and Account Management
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to independently drive complex training rollouts
  • Ability to manage cross-functional handoffs in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting a diverse Customer Success organization, including managing vendor enablement
  • Strong background in Process Excellence or Change Management, with a track record of driving operational behavior change
  • Advanced proficiency with LMS platforms, instructional design software such as Articulate and Captivate, and knowledge base management
  • Ability to quickly understand technical products and internal CRM/Support tools such as Salesforce
