About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive automation strategy for web and service applications
  • Design and manage scalable automation frameworks for functional, performance, and regression testing
  • Evaluate and integrate AI/ML-driven tools for test case generation, defect prediction, and testing accuracy
  • Collaborate with Development, DevOps, QA, business, and technical teams to embed automation and AI solutions into CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop and execute test automation strategies for mobile app, web, and services testing across all Value segments
  • Stay current with emerging AI and automation trends and technologies
  • Mentor and coach a team of QA professionals and engineers
  • Define and track KPIs for automation and AI initiatives
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for automation and AI projects
  • Drive strategic execution, optimization, quality deliverables, and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training
  • Experience in automation testing of web applications and APIs
  • Expertise in automation frameworks such as Playwright or similar
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and techniques, particularly in testing and defect management
  • Experience building MCP servers, tools, and integrations connecting LLM agents to internal systems
  • Experience with developer AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Devin AI
  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or similar, with deep hands-on expertise using Playwright with TypeScript
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing environments
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Certifications in AI/ML or automation testing tools are advantageous
  • Experience with PyTorch or other AI frameworks is advantageous
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner is advantageous
