About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide daily operational support to the Verizon AI Connect leadership team

  • Plan and manage executive meeting agendas, topics, schedules, and changes
  • Gather, organize, and share meeting materials accurately and on time
  • Manage shared files across teams
  • Design, build, and distribute weekly or monthly high-level reports
  • Partner with teams across the company to gather executive materials, advance processes, and achieve project goals
  • Handle tight deadlines for executive requests
  • Improve everyday processes for greater efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training
  • Three or more years of experience with project management, developing and delivering presentations, and communication strategies
  • Experience facilitating meetings with executives, VP, and above
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time
  • Master’s or MBA preferred as an 'even better' qualification
  • Experience in a business operations role for a high-performing, strategic organization preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation preferred
  • Three or more years of experience identifying requirements across cross-functional team members at all levels preferred
  • Ability to work productively with small groups of key leaders preferred
