About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, portfolio roadmap strategy, brand value propositions, and operational execution across mobile initiatives, connected devices, house of brands, channel strategy, and OEM partnerships
  • Serve as the business unit liaison through regular leadership syncs, competitive analyses, and executive deck creation
  • Collaborate with brand, CMI, implementation, leadership, marketing, and base teams on product and capital planning strategies
  • Lead House of Brands strategy, coordinating stakeholders and connecting market sizing, segmentation, and key initiatives
  • Align channel and brand leads on annual strategy while integrating marketing and base teams
  • Manage OEM support through weekly and bi-weekly syncs, monthly partner meetings, and external support decks
  • Develop new mobile value propositions and participate in the approval process
  • Drive Connected Devices strategy, capital planning, and execution with brand and implementation leads
  • Identify phased House of Brands strategies focused on market segmentation and sizing
  • Establish formal processes to unify channel strategy across brand, marketing, and base teams
  • Oversee OEM partner relationships, meetings, and external presentation support
  • Cultivate a positive winning mindset for the portfolio
  • Motivate partners through passion and excitement for the brand and business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant experience through work and/or military experience, or specialized training
  • Strong analytic approach and data-based judgment
  • Experience leveraging consumer insights to drive product decisions
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite products
  • Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Master’s degree, ideally an MBA, preferred
  • Management consulting or product management experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies
  • Experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry, preferably in the prepay sector
  • Experience in strategy development
  • Excellent presentation development skills
  • Demonstrated executive presence and influence skills
  • High proficiency with SQL
  • Willingness to travel domestically
