About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Sourcing team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier contracts in collaboration with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders
Draft, review, redline, and negotiate global and regional supplier contracts within stipulated SLAs
Manage critical transactions, including Master Agreements, Amendments, Termination Notices, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Requests
Ensure adherence to company policies, codes of conduct, sourcing and contracting guidelines, and statutory or regulatory requirements
Develop risk mitigation analysis reports as needed
Partner with Sourcing, Legal, Supplier, Business, and Cross-Functional teams to understand project scopes and deliver contracting solutions
Leverage AI technologies and tools to improve contract drafting, redlining, insight extraction, and contracting lifecycle efficiency
Maintain contract databases, update trackers, and report Work-In-Progress (WIP) metrics
Assist in developing contract templates, fallback playbooks, and QRGs
Support multiple regions, categories, and time zones as required
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and employee engagement activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university
5+ years of Legal or Contract Management experience covering the end-to-end contract lifecycle
Comprehensive knowledge of legal terminology, contract research, and advisory support
Hands-on experience with AI tools including Harvey, NotebookLM, Gemini, or enterprise legal tech AI platforms
Proficiency in contract management tools, fallback playbooks/checklists, and contract analysis reporting
Flexibility to work across different shifts and product categories based on project and business requirements
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong willingness to learn new tools, business solutions, and emerging technologies
Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree preferred as an advanced degree
Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCCM, or equivalent preferred
Familiarity with SAP (Ariba), Google Workspace, and ServiceNow applications preferred
Proven ability to define and drive process improvements, lead stakeholder meetings/conference calls, and deliver presentations preferred
