About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end project and program management for complex technical projects
Lead a team of WAE&O Centralized Engineering project managers for Home Broadband programs
Manage a portfolio of Home Broadband programs, including 5G/4G FWA, Tanglewood, Sesame, and Fiber
Plan Open-for-Sale (OFS) activities and build forecasts for Home Broadband offerings across organizations
Own recurring executive reporting on sales, churn, OFS, and plan/offering updates
Manage program/project management and technical project management professionals
Partner with Network Engineering, RF Planning, and Engineering Governance leadership to align plans with capital, capacity, and design standards
Establish and maintain program governance, status reporting, and risk/issue escalation processes
Plan work and divide responsibilities among team members
Track progress against development sprint deadlines and manage release execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training
Experience managing a team
Established people leader with a track record of successfully managing large programs
Experience working cross-functionally between organizations to align common goals
Experience managing systems/tools
Strong communication skills and ability to present regularly to senior leaders
In-depth understanding of RAN and Home Broadband offerings
Experience with wireless network planning and construction processes preferred
Experience with Home Broadband (Fiber, 4G/5G Home) planning, forecasting, or program management preferred
PMP or similar program/project management certification preferred
