  • Build continuous improvement frameworks and feedback loops
  • Present initiatives, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience interacting with business clients, interfacing organizations, and application development teams
  • Knowledge of the software development process
  • Experience leading a virtual or distributed team
  • Ability to evaluate architectural alternatives, mitigate risks, and lead complex initiatives
