About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Prepare periodic performance reports, highlighting trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with different departments to establish realistic yet challenging targets that address identified gaps.
- Develop and implement methodologies for calculating targets.
- Participate in strategic meetings and provide analytical support for decision-making.
- Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct comparative analyses (benchmarking) to assess the company’s performance against the market.
- Calculate results and assess target achievement across departments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in data, target, and performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in presentation tools, particularly PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Knowledge of automation and SQL.
