About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft court and administrative filings of low, medium, and high complexity before ANATEL
- Support activities related to the Company’s compliance with regulations and laws
- Support the management of the Company’s caseload before regulatory agencies and the judiciary
- Monitor the Company’s proceedings and the regulatory agenda of stakeholders in the telecommunications sector
- Prepare procedural reports
- Review regulated contracts
- Support the development of new business models
- Draft comments on public consultations
- Provide preventive and corrective legal support in telecommunications regulatory and consumer law matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 3–5 years of professional experience in the field
- Previous experience in the telecommunications sector, with a focus on regulatory matters
- Postgraduate degree in Administrative Law or Regulatory Law is a plus
- Experience with legal case management systems is a plus
- Responsible, self-managing, autonomous, analytical, and able to prioritize with a sense of urgency
- Hands-on and proactive profile
- Resilient, committed, and an effective communicator
