About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage assigned client implementations end-to-end
Partner with cross-functional project teams to deliver programs on time, on budget, and according to contractual requirements
Develop, distribute, and manage consolidated project plans, status reports, and dashboards
Communicate project schedules and status with stakeholders and management
Actively manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies through closure
Manage customer expectations in partnership with the Account Management team
Compile, track, and report project financials throughout the project lifecycle
Manage time and shifting priorities for self and the delivery team
Adhere to the organization’s agile software development processes
Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred; relevant industry experience and/or client implementation experience can be substituted
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems Degree required
Experience in coaching, leading and influencing others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience managing projects and schedules using Microsoft Project
Understanding of agile development methodology, applicable roles, and processes
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint to generate reports and dashboards
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills
Stakeholder management expertise
Flexibility and adaptability in learning, task assignments, and new technologies
Some experience with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Planview and Mavenlink
Agile Scrum Software Development practices and tools preferred
