About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end design of high-priority product areas from discovery and workflow mapping through high-fidelity design and shipped product
Design intricate, logic-heavy interfaces such as clinical order flows
Improve visual and interaction quality across the product, including typography, spacing, motion, and interaction states
Build and evolve the design system
Prototype quickly and at high fidelity to test ideas with real users
Conduct direct research with clinicians, care coordinators, and patients
Translate research findings into opinionated design decisions
Partner closely with engineers through implementation to ensure shipped work matches the design
Collaborate with product managers and engineering as part of the product team

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–7 years of product design experience shipping complex, workflow-heavy software in production
Experience ideally in B2B, healthcare, or specialized professional tools
Online portfolio with visually compelling projects
Storytelling skills that generate enthusiasm for aesthetics
High bar for visual design and interaction
Mastery of Figma, including components, variables, and high-fidelity prototyping
Strong product thinking and ability to challenge decisions with reasoning
Comfort working directly with engineers and product managers in a fast, high-ownership environment with ambiguity
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Unable to provide visa sponsorship
Preferred: experience with design systems at scale, user research, and front-end fundamentals including AI, HTML/CSS, or React familiarity
