About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and weekly revenue reporting
  • Monitor stage progression, conversion rates, sales cycle length, deal slippage, stale opportunities, close-date hygiene, and loss reasons
  • Partner with sales leadership and AEs to improve pipeline inspection, deal movement, and accountability
  • Own target account, territory, ownership, and routing logic
  • Model quotas, capacity, and compensation plans and produce accurate payment numbers
  • Own Salesforce's object model, fields, validation rules, flows, and permissions
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, lifecycle and stage accuracy, source attribution, account and contact quality, and data completeness
  • Design and roll out workflows that improve data quality and reduce manual cleanup
  • Build dashboards for funnel conversion, rep activity, meetings, pipeline, forecast, and source performance
  • Own the GTM stack, including Salesforce, Gong, the warehouse, and outbound tooling; write scripts and API integrations
  • Build internal AI tooling such as account briefs, deal-risk alerts, automated CRM updates, and Slack-native lookups
  • Use AI for data cleanup, enrichment QA, deduplication, first-pass analysis, documentation, and evaluation
  • Decide whether to buy a tool, write a script, or prompt a model
  • Document GTM processes and handoffs across marketing, SDR, sales, finance, and enablement
  • Translate cross-functional questions into actionable data and maintain consistent metric definitions
  • Support Finance with quota, capacity, commission exports, and board reporting; Marketing with attribution and source performance; Enablement with training data
  • Support analytics across marketing attribution, pipeline generation, conversion, customer health, and retention
  • Translate sales data into actionable insights
  • Support QBRs, pipeline reviews, board and leadership reporting, and ad hoc analysis
  • Build operating assets including pipeline review templates, deal inspection views, forecast notes, lead-to-qualified reports, rep follow-up trackers, and performance scorecards
  • Serve as the source of truth for cross-team metrics
  • Report to the Head of RevOps and collaborate with AEs, SDRs, Sales Managers, marketing, finance, enablement, clinical operations, product, and engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM operations, business operations, or analytics supporting a sales team
  • Strong understanding of GTM metrics, pipeline mechanics, forecast support, CRM hygiene, and sales process discipline
  • End-to-end ownership of a CRM, reporting layer, or GTM data pipeline
  • Comfort with ambiguity and no playbook
  • Strong SQL, including window functions and multi-CTE queries
  • Deep Salesforce experience with object model, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and permissions
  • Hands-on production experience with LLM tooling, prompting, function calling or MCP, retrieval, and output evaluation
  • Experience with a BI tool and data warehouse
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and practical approach
  • Clear communication with non-technical people and ability to respectfully challenge inaccurate numbers
  • Cross-functional partnership across sales, marketing, finance, and product
  • Bias for automation and AI-enabled workflows with sound judgment
  • Comfortable operating with urgency and ambiguity; low ego, high ownership
  • Healthcare, DME, home health, or post-acute experience is a bonus
  • Familiarity with HCPCS, payer mix, or authorization workflows is a bonus
  • Experience building and maintaining dependable agents or automations is a bonus
  • Familiarity with dbt, Gong's API, or coding GTM stack integrations is a bonus
