About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Untangle cross-team coordination problems and design operational processes that enable company scaling
Represent Verse externally for partnerships and deals
Coordinate high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives, including regulatory, compliance, and audit-driven work
Manage complex, high-visibility customer and partner deployments end to end
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Design on implementations
Build quantitative financial and operational models for company decisions
Develop go-to-market strategy with Sales
Lead Verse's side of RFPs and competitive procurement processes
Incubate new functions, teams, processes, or capabilities from initial design through steady-state operation
Work with leaders across Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Product
Report to the Head of Strategy & Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in banking, consulting, a startup, or another rigorous role
First-principles thinking and ability to construct solutions from scratch
Solid quantitative, analytical, numerical, and modeling skills
Ability to participate in external relationships, including selling to customers, selecting and negotiating with vendors, or project managing partnership launches
Implementation and execution skills, with a bias for quick action
Comfort flexing hours and effort for periods of high demand
Must be willing to work at least four days per week from the NYC or SF office
Legally authorized to work in the United States
