About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and run processes connecting product, engineering, and design with implementations, support, and sales
Keep customer-facing teams informed about launches, releases, roadmap updates, and changes
Create launch-readiness processes, release notes, roadmap updates, and enablement materials
Manage early customer access and close the loop on launch outcomes
Design and run intake processes for customer issues, requests, and feedback
Capture, triage, route, and synthesize customer feedback for the appropriate product manager
Ensure people who raise issues receive follow-up on outcomes
Identify patterns across customers and communicate them to the product development team
Build and maintain AI-powered agents and automations for triage, release notes, roadmaps, and feedback synthesis
Create reusable AI workflow patterns for the company
Run major product releases through launch-readiness processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong process designer with experience designing cross-team processes from scratch and owning them end to end
Hands-on experience building real workflows with LLMs and agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or similar)
Comfortable with prompts, scripts, APIs, integrations, and a terminal
Knowledge of Linear, Notion, Slack, and Zendesk
Clear and concise verbal and written communication
Experience in product operations, program management, or a similar role at a B2B software company
Bonus: experience running launches for enterprise customers involving configuration, training, and rollout
Must reside in the United States while operating at Vesta
