About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop a shared data model for customer, contract, usage, financial, and organizational data
- Build analyses, target-versus-actual comparisons, and reports for the executive team, Strategy, and other teams
- Define clear KPIs and traceable data sources
- Identify and simplify manual processes, then automate them—using AI where appropriate
- Take ownership of and restructure HubSpot in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
- Ensure clean data flows from lead generation through pilot, contract, and invoicing
- Lead the AI Working Group to optimize company-wide workflows
- Identify, prioritize, and roll out AI solutions across additional areas of the business
- Manage decentralized process, data, and tool projects
- Establish shared standards and priorities
- Deliver cross-functional projects and build stable solutions that continue to perform beyond go-live
- Build and further develop the Operations function
- Report directly to Korbinian, who is responsible for Operations, Finance, and People
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or professional background in business, such as Business Administration or Business Informatics
- Several years of experience in BI and Data Analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience building data models, KPI logic, and dashboards, for example in Metabase or Power BI
- Hands-on coding experience
- Ability to write reliable scripts and connect systems via APIs
- Experience with AI coding tools and an understanding of the code they generate
- Knowledge of version control, such as Git, as well as documentation and monitoring
- Understanding of business processes such as CRM, customer and contract stages, and their connection to Finance
- Strong commercial judgment
- Pragmatic, independent, and dependable working style
- Based in or around Munich, or willing to relocate
- Willingness to work regularly from the office
- Excellent German and English skills
- Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS, with HubSpot, building management reports, and working on data privacy or certification projects
