Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with healthcare operator or insurer processes, including beneficiary enrollment and maintenance, customer service, and authorizations
Practical experience implementing or transitioning operations
Ability to anticipate risks and coordinate decisions across different teams
Preferred: experience participating in portfolio migrations
Preferred: experience implementing SME healthcare operations
Preferred: experience structuring operational contingencies
