  • Monitor U.S. immigration law developments and share insights with clients and colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia
  • Typically 8+ years of relevant U.S. business immigration experience
  • Significant experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status matters
  • Experience managing sophisticated corporate immigration programs and providing strategic legal counsel to multinational organizations
  • Experience leading client relationships, developing legal talent, and managing high-performing teams in a professional services or law firm environment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align immigration strategies with workforce and organizational objectives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in leveraging technology, innovation, automation, and data-driven insights
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving organizational change
  • Strong project management skills and sound judgment
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining exceptional quality standards
