About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in preparing U.S. individual income tax returns and cost projections for inbound and outbound international employees
- Support research and analysis of tax laws, rules, and regulations
- Handle, manipulate, and analyze data sets to build models and use data visualization tools
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and deliver client-focused solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Field of study: Accounting, Economics, Business Administration/Management, or International Business
- Minimum 0 years of experience
- Interest in tax compliance and willingness to learn about U.S. individual income tax returns
- Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in tax preparation software, such as ProSystem fx, UltraTax, or Lacerte
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines
