About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute the weekly transportation plan validated by the supply team.
Ensure the efficient movement of fuels and biofuels between suppliers, terminals, and Vibra storage facilities.
Allocate transportation quotas among carriers, considering the lowest contracted cost while balancing volumes and performance.
Schedule and manage pickups, transfers, and deliveries, including return freight, in accordance with shipment cadence and inventory levels.
Manage loading and unloading schedules on Vibra and supplier portals.
Carry out emergency rescheduling in response to demand fluctuations or operational deviations.
Monitor carrier performance and activate the escalation list in the event of deviations.
Develop reports and KPIs to monitor and control performance.
Prevent stockouts, manage supply constraints, ensure execution of movements, coordinate multiple areas, and reduce logistics costs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Knowledge of transportation and distribution logistics.
Excel and data analysis (BI).
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Systems-level understanding of the logistics chain.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Artificial intelligence tools.
