About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development, rollout, and implementation of the Agribusiness strategic plan
- Contribute to identifying key business levers and defining action plans
- Assess new business opportunities, whether independently developed or pursued in partnership
- Support feasibility analyses and the financial and economic structuring of business models
- Support the area's management routines by consolidating information and developing analyses
- Prepare management materials to support decision-making
- Maintain close contact with field teams to understand their needs and validate information
- Monitor the implementation of the area's initiatives and action plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Agronomy, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and think-cell
- Knowledge and practical use of Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis, insight generation, and the preparation of executive materials
- Willingness to interact with and travel to field locations
- Business acumen and the ability to connect data with commercial strategy
- Autonomy and ownership, with the initiative to propose and lead analyses
- Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to influence decisions
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and results orientation
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary squads and operate with organizational agility
