Key responsibilities & impact

Identify opportunities to grow and increase the profitability of the customer base
Generate market, customer, and channel insights to support decision-making
Define DD’s growth priorities and growth levers
Translate analyses into business strategies, plans, and recommendations
Work collaboratively with Growth, Performance, and Operations teams to drive results
Develop advanced analytics and apply data science to business intelligence
Support initiative prioritization based on impact and results potential

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Graduate degree or MBA is a plus
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and data science
Experience with BI and data visualization tools, such as Power BI and/or similar platforms
Ability to tell compelling stories with data and develop business recommendations
Knowledge of commercial metrics, including volume, margin, acquisition, retention, and churn
Experience with statistical modeling for generating insights is a plus
