About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support the Business Plan, reviews, and forecasts by consolidating assumptions and analyzing actuals versus budget.
Manage the FP&A and Cost of Production (COGS) budgets, reallocations, accruals, measurements, investments, the financial progress of IT projects, and inventories.
Structure and monitor KPIs, targets, calculation methodologies, dashboards, and action plans to address variances.
Ensure budgetary, accounting, and operational compliance, as well as internal controls, accruals, and invoices.
Coordinate interfaces with Finance, Controllership, Accounting, HR, Legal, Tax, IT, Sales, and leadership.
Produce executive reports, economic and operational analyses, automations, and proposals to optimize processes and costs.
Monitor financial results and understand the components of an income statement (P&L).
Lead annual budget planning and the setting of targets in Mereo.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in budget planning, industrial costs, OPEX, financial analysis, and income statements (P&L) is preferred.
Experience in performance management and KPIs, including indicators, targets, dashboards, productivity, action plans, and results analysis.
Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP), data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel and Power BI), and scenario modeling.
