About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure, implement, and monitor FEL, AWP, constructability, Lean Agile, and LPS project management methodologies
- Consolidate physical progress data for all projects in the portfolio
- Assess alignment between planned, projected, and actual performance, ensuring accurate physical and financial reporting
- Identify performance patterns, recurring variances, trends, and inconsistencies
- Assess the quality of physical and financial progress forecasts
- Identify critical projects, structural risks, and cross-project impacts
- Prepare comparative analyses across projects and diagnose the causes of variances
- Support strategic decision-making through an integrated perspective
- Standardize measurement criteria and propose improvements to methodologies and reporting
- Support stage gates, reports, and alignment meetings
- Contribute to the standardization of PMO processes, templates, and governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, modeling, and maintenance
- Knowledge of Primavera (OPC), including reading, interpreting, and managing schedules, WBS, critical paths, and progress
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Lean Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and visual management practices
- Understanding and practical application of the LPS (Last Planner System) in collaborative planning
- Previous experience in PMO and engineering planning
