About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the daily balance between demand, supply, and inventory
- Ensure market supply with the lowest possible operational and financial risk
- Maintain inventory within the company’s coverage and service-level targets
- Monitor sales, inventory, and supply performance on a daily basis
- Conduct short-term analyses (1 to 4 weeks) to adjust the operating plan
- Identify risks of stockouts, excess inventory, and significant NDE deviations
- Develop supply scenarios in response to supplier, logistics, or infrastructure constraints
- Work closely with Supply Trading, Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Transportation, and Finance teams
- Support S&OE forums and executive performance-review meetings
- Prepare executive materials and dashboards to support decision-making
- Monitor adherence to the PMD (Monthly Distribution Plan)
- Assess and propose corrective actions to mitigate fines, demurrage, and logistics costs
- Ensure the governance and quality of data used in the planning process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced Excel
