Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end project execution from planning and award through final delivery
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet or exceed customer expectations
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Identify, communicate, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues
Coordinate internal teams and external entities for seamless execution
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
Develop KPIs to monitor project performance and efficiency
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards
Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related leadership role
Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects
Ability to appropriately manage multiple (~5) projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to project sites and client locations
Project Management Certificate (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or technology industries
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous process improvement methodologies
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, demanding environment
Experience implementing and using artificial intelligence (AI) platforms to enhance project efficiency
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts
Must be currently authorized to work in the applicable country on a full-time basis without employer-sponsored immigration support now or in the future
