About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Nurture and maintain collaborative relationships with key accounts including Nordstrom, Rack, DSW, Von Maur, Bloomingdales, and the West Territory
  • Grow market share, increase revenue, and maximize profitability for the PAIGE footwear business
  • Partner with leadership as a strategic “right hand” to shape sales direction, product development, and market strategy
  • Partner with Design and GM to deliver seasonal product briefs informed by selling, hindsight, and competitor analysis
  • Use weekly selling performance, size and width analysis, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and assortment planning
  • Collaborate with account buying teams through active communication and seasonal competitive shopping trips
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from product development through sell-in
  • Support account-specific marketing initiatives with the Paige/Vida Marketing team
  • Forecast demand, manage replenishment programs, analyze performance, and adjust forecasts and plans to optimize sell-through and inventory flow
  • Manage processes, timelines, and customer needs internally and externally
  • Manage daily account communication and customer service
  • Manage customer line sheets and NuOrder/Envoy responsibilities
  • Work with production teams on costing and order management and execute sized buys to meet factory deadlines
  • Expand into new accounts and scout opportunities to grow full-price business in the West Territory
  • Conduct seasonal hindsight reviews to refine strategies and future planning
  • Travel regularly to Nordstrom doors and key markets to assess in-store execution and identify growth opportunities
  • Facilitate PAIGE product knowledge for Nordstrom staff and support the selling floor during seasonal contests
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven senior-level sales experience in the footwear industry with strong retailer relationships
  • Background in product development and sales, with success in driving profitable growth
  • Track record of opening new accounts, especially with Specialty Store segment
  • Strong analytical skillset and Excel proficiency
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship management skills
  • Flexibility with schedule for Market Calendar and Special Projects
  • Flexibility to travel domestically, inclusive of Trade Shows (FFANY, Atlanta) and Nordstrom doors
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting and retail math and specifically, Nordstrom SPE
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to both short-term wins and long-term brand growth
  • Understanding of a footwear business that works with widths
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills backed by personal and professional integrity
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up and completion skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Willing to take initiative and exercise strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy
