About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead digital projects and initiatives from understanding the need through implementation and post-production monitoring
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for Technology teams
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies
  • Create and maintain epics, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and business rules
  • Work with PMs, Developers, Tech Leads, QA, Architecture, Security, Data, Infrastructure, and other technical teams
  • Participate in discussions about APIs, integrations, solution architecture, and system-to-system workflows
  • Support the refinement of business and technical scope with Engineering teams
  • Organize and prioritize the backlog according to strategy, impact, urgency, effort, and dependencies
  • Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and impediments with the Project Manager and Scrum Master
  • Facilitate alignment between business teams, Technology, customers, and vendors
  • Ensure scope clarity and manage changes throughout project execution
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and validation
  • Monitor indicators, metrics, and results after delivery
  • Identify improvements to products, customer journeys, and processes
  • Support innovation, automation, and the use of Artificial Intelligence
  • Use Generative AI for requirements analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, documentation, meeting summaries, research, refinement, and information structuring
  • Identify AI and automation opportunities in internal processes, products, and customer journeys
  • Experiment with and propose AI-enabled ways of working while complying with Information Security, Privacy, and Governance requirements
  • Support the functional analysis of integrations, API documentation, payloads, and system workflows
  • Support the investigation of incidents, journey-related issues, and system behavior
  • Ensure solutions and decisions are properly documented

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role involving technology products or projects
  • Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development practices
  • Strong ability to write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to understand technical workflows and communicate effectively with Engineering teams
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, webhooks, and application architecture
  • Ability to understand API documentation, JSON structures, payloads, and integration workflows
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple teams and dependencies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
  • Ability to bridge business and technical language
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools
  • Knowledge of metrics and indicators, and experience using data to support decision-making
  • Practical experience using Generative AI as a productivity tool
  • Ability to use AI for analysis, documentation, requirements refinement, backlog structuring, research, and generating solution alternatives
  • Interest in and ability to experiment with AI- and automation-enabled tools and ways of working
  • Basic knowledge of LLMs, prompts, context, limitations, and risks related to Generative AI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Product Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in a related field is a plus
  • Preferred qualifications: experience in healthtech, employee benefits, healthcare, payments, or transactional environments; B2B integrations and APIs; basic SQL; cloud architecture and microservices; mobile and web products; technology vendors and partners; product metrics and data analysis; automations, workflows, or AI agents; n8n or similar tools; information security, privacy, and Brazil’s LGPD; Analytics, BI, or data visualization
  • Courses or certifications in Product Management/Product Ownership, agile methodologies, or Generative AI are a plus
