About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead community mental health program operations and support program managers and staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, social work, psychology, healthcare administration, business, or a related field
  • Leadership experience in community mental health or behavioral health services
  • Experience supervising staff and managing program operations
  • Experience with community outreach, referral development, or business development
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Master’s degree preferred
