About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement unified sales strategies across cabinets, countertops, and flooring for Southern California
  • Design and execute a cross-category bundling framework for national and regional builders
  • Define annual revenue, market expansion, and profitability goals for bundled product categories
  • Monitor national market trends to guide integrated product positioning and competitive strategies
  • Lead, coach, and develop all Sales team members
  • Establish consistent sales processes and performance expectations supporting cross-BU collaboration
  • Build a high-performing sales team and foster innovation in presenting bundled solutions
  • Serve as senior relationship leader for key national and regional builder accounts
  • Oversee customer partnership strategy and negotiate high-value, multi-category agreements
  • Support deeper customer penetration by leveraging product-line strengths
  • Lead enterprise forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and sales performance management
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations on projections and delivery execution
  • Drive adoption of CRM, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making across business units
  • Drive cross-functional alignment for cohesive product strategies and go-to-market execution
  • Work with Procurement and Operations to optimize supply chain delivery and installation of bundled products
  • Provide data-driven insights into integrated sales initiative performance
  • Travel regularly across business units, customer sites, and leadership meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field required
  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including enterprise or multi-unit oversight
  • Expertise in building materials, cabinets, countertops, or flooring strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading senior-level teams and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and executive-level communication skills
  • High proficiency in CRM platforms and data analytics tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 90% of the workday
  • Frequently required to move throughout the office to access materials, equipment, or files
  • Frequently lifts and/or moves items weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Frequently operates a computer and other office or production equipment
  • Ability to effectively communicate and exchange accurate information with customers and team members, including in busy or noisy environments
